Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID, your current insurance card, and a list of any medications or supplements you are taking. Arriving 15 minutes early allows our staff to complete your intake paperwork efficiently.

Yes, we work with a wide range of insurance providers including Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Aetna, and Medicare. Our billing specialists are happy to verify your specific coverage before your scheduled visit.
How far in advance should I schedule a preventive health screening? +
We recommend scheduling preventive screenings at least two to three weeks in advance to ensure availability of our laboratory partners and specialists. However, we do maintain same-week openings for urgent preventive needs.
